I disagree with that statement because in my religion, man is a leder of family. Because of that, he must work hard to earn much money to his family’s life. And generally man don’t want his wife to be carrier woman, I mean very carrier woman. Men just want his wife to care for their children. May be, some men may their wife to work but not hard work that until have no time to care their family. It is just for help the family’s economy and also there is woman’s emancipation now, so woman have right as a man. But women must realize their duties as a wife and mother. It just because they are woman. We can’t ignore it.
And my next reason is characteristics of men different from woman. I don’t know the condition, exactly. But maybe most men have some good characteristics, which are skillful, responsible, clever, smart to manage something and have soul of leader.
A study also said that women are terrible managers and men like the two guys who did this research are great managers. Relationships with subordinates had the greatest perceived impact on pay. In other words, if man connects with those below him, he will perform well, make he looks good to his boss, and he get a raise. But this trail didn’t exist for women. I don’t know it is right or not. But if I were a manager, I would like to be a good manager.
In some cases, women in the entire company who get any decent positions and who will be forced to compete with one another for that token female leadership role. Women might as well share everything they know with a couple of thousand other women. That because women are such gossips! Not like men who never spread rumors or anything. Because of that, women often make their own positions in danger. That is a simple thing but very important.
All right, may be I am more disagree with the statement : Generally speaking, Women Earn as much money as men. Because it is generally, because they are women. And that’s just because of women’s destiny. There that settles it. But some women may change that generally speaking if they want. C’mon ladies, show to the world that you can do better.
